  Jaymie was absolutely incredible to work with! She is very professional, but easy going and makes it so comfortable to be photographed. Jaymie clearly understood what we were going for and picked the most perfect locations. Not only were we blown away by the shots she got of us, but she also captured some adorable photos of our older deaf dog who was really feeling like get photographed that day (or, really, any other day).   I am absolutely screaming from the top of the Sierras in recommending Jaymie for any and all photography needs. From the very first interaction, Jaymie stood out. When I reached out to her about photographing my surprise proposal at a remote location along the Sierras—several hours in from the trailhead—she was the only photographer who didn’t even hesitate. But beyond the technical aspects, Jaymie’s authenticity and warmth shone through, making us feel at ease from the moment we met her. Our surprise proposal felt entirely natural, unhurried, and full of genuine emotion, and that’s a testament to how comfortable she made us feel in front of the camera.

  My fiance and I are getting married in Mammoth Lakes next fall, and wanted to take engagement photos during our annual camping trip to the Mammoth/June Lake area this summer.   Our experience with Jaymie was great from the start. Having visited Yosemite twice before, we had an idea of what we wanted for our wedding. Jaymie’s knowledge of Yosemite and her creativity allowed her to elevate our experience and captured images beyond our imagination. When rain washed out our planned sunset hike to Taft Point, she suggested a “Valley Romp”where we could hop out at various spots in the valley. She even offered umbrellas and lots of enthusiasm.
