Last Minute Mammoth Lakes Elopement

Plan your dream wedding—elope in Mammoth Lakes.

Ange-Elise reached out to me about her Mammoth Lakes Elopement with this line “Mert and I met in college four years ago and have decided to sign papers next weekend… are you available?” I checked my calendar and texted them back immediately that I was free and we need to start planning now! These two knew exactly what they wanted and together to made their vision a reality.

We started their Mammoth Lakes Elopement with a couples session hiking along the Owens River. This bend in the river is such a stunning location to capture the mountains in the background. Here you can see Mt. Morrison. The two ate their lunched along the river reminiscing on how the met and the adventures their love has taken them on.

We then drove to a secret hot spring for the two of them to say their vows. I stood in as officiant and led them through a ceremony that fit their unique story—when I officiate a Mammoth Lakes Elopement, I don’t do the traditional wedding script. I work to find the right words that honor each couples unique story and values. These two wrote their vows morning of and exchanged them with tear filled eyes.

It was a beautiful elopement full of moments witnessed by just the three of us.
